| Mark Tomkinson – Managing Director |
| Mark is a highly experienced management consultant who has worked at senior levels in both the public and private sectors. Operating nationally he has acted as lead consultant on a broad range of prestigious projects providing strategic as well as operational advice and support.
Prior to establishing Regen, Mark was responsible for all project and cost management services within East & North Yorkshire and Lincolnshire for a major international consultancy. He also had national responsibility for regeneration based services.
His experience lies in the housing, health, regeneration, heritage, environmental, leisure, educational, commercial, retail, transport & infrastructure, industrial, and governmental sectors. This has frequently involved strategic area based initiatives as well as mixed use developments for multiple clients where an innovative and imaginative approach to project and commercial management is essential to deliver each unique initiative.
Mark is a chartered quantity surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association for Project Management. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 1994 with a BSc degree in Quantity Surveying. |

| Chris Taylor – Senior Project Manager |
Chris is an experienced Project Manager whose skills have taken him around the globe. From a background in complex engineering projects where he specialised in sophisticated aquatic installations, Chris has now transferred this experience into the wider built environment.
Working on some of the world’s most iconic projects, Chris has been involved in:
- The Palm and the Burj Al Arab Hotel - Dubai
- The Deep - Hull
- The London Aquarium
- Hjalteri Hatchery – Iceland
Currently formalising his extensive experience through a BSc degree in Project Management, Chris continues his charity work and sports coaching commitments. |

| Kevin Rice – Senior Management Consultant |
As an experienced business and programme manager, Kevin’s commercial awareness and knowledge of the third sector as well as the private and public sectors has helped companies achieve challenging goals. Significant consultancy experience in design, funding and implementation of enterprise solutions has driven high levels of success and as been recognised in achieving Business Link QA status in 2008. Kevin’s knowledge of funding and instinctive troubleshooting qualities are intrinsic, leading to fewer and less frequent issues for clients on delivery and these, together with meticulous management of million-pound projects enables long-lasting relationships to be formed.
Kevin was educated at Manchester University graduating with an honours degree in Geography, followed by a postgraduate diploma in Landscape Design at Lancaster University. He is a member of the Association for Project Management and has had a number of papers published on the subjects of inclusion and sustainable development |

| Martin Gerrelli – Business Dynamics Consultant |
| Martin is a highly experienced senior manager with over 20 years
experience in a diverse range of sectors including manufacturing,
environmental services, construction and regeneration. Martin's main
areas of expertise include business growth, community regeneration and
commercial management. His previous role was that of Director of a
FTSE 250 organisation, delivering integrated services, predominantly
within the social housing sector.
He is passionate about the environment, social justice and
regeneration, and he strives to work with partners to create
environments where people are be proud to live and work.
Martin graduated with a Science Degree from Nottingham University in
1993, lives with his family in Derbyshire and has a range of business
and charitable interests.
